theres a trick to installing applocale to vista: go to start > accessories > right click command prompt > select run as admin. > then when it opens type in the file location of where u put the installer for applocale

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I'm doing something wrong.Everytime I type in where I THINK it's placed(desktop) it says that "it's not recognized as an internal or external command, operable file or batch file" or "the system cannot find the path specified." Computers are so hard to figure out, but I appreciate the help guys.
